I tried to log on just now, and I got a message stating that I needed to download the new updated version. I clicked yes, and then another box popped up stating- Unable to retrieve updat(or something like that) What should I do now? Help  please? |

Go to downloads > Second Life software.

Please do yourself a favor and uninstall the previous and do a clean install, it might save you a lot of grief in the future.

Okay- uninstalled then reinstalled. Heres what I got this time:
unable to connect to server
could not resolve domain name:userserver.agni.lindenlab.com
uh....

Try restarting. Then uninstall and reinstall. Then, if it STILL dosn't work, email LL.
