Crazy spin while using edit mode?

Does anyone else have this issue with rotating linked prims?
When I select one or two of them and try to rotate it, the edit mode seems to go crazy and cause a progressive rotation that builds over time.
How do we fix this?
I am unable to complete any projects because of it.

That only happens when in the Local ruler mode. This bug has been fixed in the 1.20 Release Candidate client. I would suggest switching to that client.
