Quicktime installed, can't see video |

I've a new computer running Windows 7. After installing Quicktime I can't see any videos/movies in SL. I'm very clueless about how to fix this so any help would be appreciated.

What viewer are you using? (The viewer is the program you run to connect to the SL world.)
Do you have the options to display media turned on in Preferences? What urls have you tried? Are you trying to show videos on your own land or trying to watch videos on other people's land? There is a movie theatre on our parcel and I was trying to watch a movie there. This happens with both Emerald Viewer (which I use most of the time) but also with the official LL viewer. The media options are turned on in preferences. What I see on the screen is the Quicktime logo, not even the default graphic we have up.
