So, just to make a public statement... So none of the rest of you end up in the same place that I am....Welll, that an associate is...which, puts ME IN AS WELL!!!
If you have an issue, they will tell you to submit a ticket, but that will take as much time to figure out as the ban would have been for anyhow, so there really is no point. Other than HOPING, that someone will actually read the ticket.
Also, there is no way to get hold of upper management, as it doesnt seem to exist either...
So, out of all the things that do exist, why are these key pieces either missing, unavailable, or inaccessable?
I would think, that with a grid as large as this one, with its possibilities, it would be pertinent, that the company in question would be willing to do anything and everything to make themselves maybe even only just appear to be a real company, rather than to hire a team of people, to spam a message. telling others, to "Talk to someone else". You ARE customer support, this is what you are there for. Please act accordingly...
A billing line????? Who is going to argue over ten bucks????
No, we need a SUPPORT LINE that we can actually talk to someone by, instead of a machine, that is going to tell me to write an email to another machine, which may or may not get back to me in time.
This is rediculous, people are involving their RL businesses here and the more time is spent on these things, the more money is lost. I am going through this with an associate right now and it is costing quite a bit of both...
Lets do something about this please. As well, I really enjoy my freedom of speech, so I will not be looking forward to any actions against my account because Linden sounds bad in this concern. I am voicing a frustrating. A very realistic one. Thank you.
