Actually that's a rather frustrating bug. It means that when you submit a bug report, if the thing you're reporting happens to be visual, and in world, and where the help menu goes when you happen to report the bug, it doesn't show up in the screenshot.
But yes, sometimes humorous as well. Makes for very nice records of chat logs that aren't usually disputed.
