I can't log in . . . HELP !!!

Does anyone have any advice . . . I have submitted a ticket and noone can help me. I can't log in. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and cleared cache, sent the logs . . . called my provider and rebooted the modem. I can't seem to log in at all . . . . Is there something else I should check? I have also updated the drivers.
