Purchased items not added to inventory..please help.

Just as title says. Purchased a few times from a store. The money was deducted from my account, but I never received the items. I am not sure what to do about this. Any help or suggestions? Thanks.

* Clear your cache and re-log - then check to see if the item has been delivered..if not...

* Check your transaction history and copy and paste the transaction into an IM with the shop owner where your purchase failed. Add to the copy/paste any specifics that you can remember that might help them determine what happened. (what location, which box or vendor you bought from, etc)

* Give them ample time to respond, keeping in mind if they are in America this is a holiday weekend and many travel away from home during this time.

Merchants want their customers to be happy (if they are reputable) and most will work with you to resolve delivery issues ASAP.

I purchased about 2300l worth of stuff this week and none of it showed up. One was only 200 but 2 were in the 900 range. eeek

I IM'd the party who had the card but was unaware of a transaction card for proof
