Camp Machines Not Paying

Well Where Do I Start,
Well Its Like This I Own A Camping Area That pays Big Money To Campers With Campmaster The Latest Version My Problem Is That When I Leave My SIM Nothing Works They Cant Log Into Campmaster Or The Camp Chairs Stop Working As Soon As I Step Back Inside My Sim Everything Starts Working Again Im Not New To All These Camping Items And Ive Never Had A Problem With Them In The Last 6 Months Ive Run My Camping Area, Ive Updated All My Scripts On Land And Gave Then Group Access And Turned Script On In My Sim But With No Luck Still The Same Problem Even Brought New Items And They All Stop Working When I Leave The Sim Or Log Off SL Ive Even Deleted The Client On My Pc And Did A Search For Hidden SL Files Within My Pc And Restalled A New Client But That Didnt Help, Ive Did A Full System Restall With Windows Disc And Cleared My Hole PC Still Didnt Work Cleared Caches Files And Cleared Cookies And Internet Files But With No Luck Still Never Worked .... Ive Sent Many Tickets To SL Admins To Work Out This Problem But They Just Wont Answer My Tickets Anymore I Have 3 New Tickets That Have Been Sitting There For Like 2 Weeks Unanswered I Pay Big Money And Deserve Better Support As A Premium Member That Pays The Highest Tier There Is Chat Support Dont Work Either.....Waiting For A Chat Box To Open Up For Hours Is A Pain In The ASS, Is There Anything Within The Client Setting I Have Click Or Touched By Misstake That Turns Off Payments When Im Not In Sim, I Have Tryed Everything SL Has Asked And Even Got A Sim Reboot But The Problem Is Still There Now They Just Wont Answer My Tickets.......Any Help Would Be Great.....Thank You ChiefInsane Bing

That is a problem with support these days some are just stting and sitting for months. I have a few that havent been answered in 6 months. Have you tryed calling LLABS for answers?

Well, thats the first time ever that I hear that obviously all and everything on your land/parcels/sim must be directly connected with your presence.

If you've checked all the scripts in every device for syntax errors and scripting/spelling mistakes and if LL even did a whole sim reboot ... Well, then I don't have a clue anymore... :confused:

The problem you described simply sounds strange and weird !!! :(

Yes, and there is a serious point here Chief Insane. I'm not intending to be rude, but it honestly does make it VERY difficult to read; and surely it must be quite difficult for you to type it like that in the first place?

LL are a lazy bunch of buggers at the best of times; it could be that someone saw a ticket like that, found it hard to read, and thought "I'll come back to this one later..." and never did.

Never understand why the support system is so bad these days. Its wasnt that way a few months ago. It was working good until someone else started running or answeringthe tickets. But what they are doing is deleting them in some cases. What is the sence of having having a support system when they don`t even do half of the replies? As for the ChiefInsane questen wasnt it ever solved? or is it still not fixed?
