1: When loading the game, during precaching or inventory download, it will seem as though the game freezes, and my hard drive goes nuts. If you've read other posts, we all know this is some weird WinXP bug. Well, the other night, instead of just rebooting, I actually waited for the hard drive to STOP going nuts. I come ingame, I get the window telling me my inventory is still downloading, all objects around me are untextured (transparent) and I am stuck, cannot move along the x/y/z axis, but CAN turn in circles and go from standing to flying and vice versa, and can go into mouselook and back to 3rd person. It shows nobody being online, so chatting is useless. It's like I have a messed up single player version or somthing...
Anyways, rebooting the game makes the whole thing work fine, so there's that bug fix (sorta)...
BTW I noticed sometimes I didn't have to experience this bug at all if I changed my "disk cache" settings... just somthing you can look into...
2: For some reason I'm noticing a lot of objects offsetting overnight(or day, whatever you'd like to call it) Like the roof of my "construct" (a huge box) will shift along the x or z axis just a tad, or a wall will go along the y axis where it shouldn't. Some items are just plain off the wall, literally! And I have to re-place these items, ugh! The other day I saw a window pane out of place completely, but when I clicked on it, it went back to its normal position. What's up with that?!
So bug 2 is "items displace while nobody is on the server" which is strange, but apparently 'an old bug' according to a Linden.
3: Tracking people can break, a LOT. Landmarks I never have a problem with, but if I'm tracking a person, they usually aren't at where the yellow line indicates. MOST of the time they've simply moved to a farther location, and the tracker hasn't updated yet. But sometimes it places the line where there is nobody. Nothing. The person isn't even online, the tracker isn't supposed to be working at all! Other times the person is quite a few servers away!
Not too much of a problem, just somthing to look into.
4: Some sounds can be heard from SERVERS away. For some reason this lightsaber over at a nearby store in the next server could be heard from 4 servers away! That's some damn sound reach there! I eventually realized I could go and turn off the slightly annoying buzz noise, which was good, but I think we need some limiting of the reach that sounds are given.
I would complain about hearing people type and then not seeing what they say, but that only lets you know that they are out of earshot (or that they aren't talking to you, which can get rather confusing).
Temporary suggestion: Editable sound and speech reach for listeners and talkers alike. (For now, shouting is fine).
5: AFK sensitivity. Most AFKers agree, TOO SENSITIVE!

OK that's my bug report for now, have a nice day Lindens
