"Show place in search" not available

This is the problem that puzzles me:

On my sim I had two large parcels, one listed in search, one not. Recently I created a new small parcel and wanted to list it in search, but the option is greyed out. The region settings "Block Land Show in Search" is deactivated, so I think there should be no problem. Still, I can't list my new parcel in search (yes, I have enough money). For testing I also created several other small parcels, divided them, joined them again, but the "show in search" option is always grey. Rating of the parcels and the region is PG. I also restarted the region, with no effect. Only my previous two parcels have the "search" option enabled, the newly created ones don't.

Any ideas what's wrong here? Am I missing something?

How big is it? SL wants only parcels larger than 128 square meters to be added to search. (You may see some older smaller parcels in search that were added before LL started pushing this policy.)
