Waiting for region handshake.... CRASH

I'm using a Mac. I've tried several times to log in today and can't get fully logged in. It stops at Waiting for region handshake and stops.
Then i get a pop up saying The application SLVoice quit unexpectedly. Any idea how to get around this? I want my SL!!!

Also, this is the message that SL gives me after it's stuck on the Region handshake...

We're having trouble connecting. There may be a problem with your internet connection or the Second Life servers.

You can either check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes, click Help to connect to our support site, or click Teleport to attempt to teleport home.

I was using wireless but now connected via ethernet and still getting this issue, so I don't think it's my network connection.

I've also tried the Teleport button but it just tells me I've been disconnected from that region and the application shuts down.

Frustrating!

No ideas??
