this message is appeared when i go on second life from 3 hours and the support want take me a solution
i've sended the ticket 16 hours ago
and the last my log out was 12 hours ago.. is logging out my account from 12 hours? very slow (my grandfather can finish a marathon in a minor time).. i've payed a lot of money in sl and sl dont works :|

Unfortunately your ticket may not be attended to by anyone from LL for days, literally. Where were you last when you logged out? If it is a private sim, you can make a polite request of the owner that they restart the sim - which will log you out. If you know someone that Concierge level access, you can see if they can ask a Linden in the Concierge to restart whatever mainland sim your account was left in. Good luck! |
