Inventory window can be brought up by using ctrl-i but hitting ctrl-i while it's up doesn't make it go away
Stats window doesn't allow other windows in front of it -- slight irritation when the inventory window is behind it and I go to click its X to get rid of it (yeah, I know there's a great big button bottom right corner for opening/closing inventory, but I'm a Pita =) --- would be nice to be able to move said stats window around, as well, so it can be out of the way or positioned over a "plain" tex. where it's easier to read

I filed both of these as bugs.
The stats window is a debug tool that was put into the non-debug menus. It hasn't been given a proper window widget yet, sorry. I think maybe it should always be _under_ other widgets, since the stats interact to mouse clicks anywhere in their respective rectangles.

I'm pretty sure that is a Linden only menu activated by the server when a flag is set by Linden Labs....Just a guess so if im wrong oh well.....If I'm right cool, but oh well lol
