Ok, i own a Window XP and the highest amout of color on here is 24 bit. Is it possible 2 play SL without the 32 bit, and if not is there a site to upgrade to 32 bit? Thxs 4 ur help.

What kind of graphics card do you have? That is what is most likely preventing you from setting it to 32.

You need to install the latest version of your video drivers. It's likely that whatever Windows thinks you have isn't actually what you have.
If you don't know the exact model of video card, do you at least know the type of chip? ATI Radeon? Nvidia Geforce? Failing that, do you know who made your computer? Dell? Compaq? IBM? What model is it?
