I got charged L$899 twice by xstreet for a one-week homepage featured listing for an item. My xstreet account is now showing a negative balance. The transaction ids are numbered sequentially and the transaction times and item ids are identical, so it's pretty clearly a system glitch. I'm hoping SL can credit me the L$899. Has anyone else had this problem and how was it resolved?
PS: I opened up a support ticket -- it's # 4051-6966137

No response or acknowledgment of the ticket yet. I also sent an email message to [email]support@XstreetSL.com[/email] .

It used to be 1 business day, but now that LL owns it, I'm not sure.

Just confirmed the Lindens credited my account for L$899. All is well.
