I was running SL and editing my preferences. Something must have changed with my screen resolution and now I get this effect where my view is warped. Objects in front of me seem very distand and objects off to the side seem very elongated and distorted. It's virtually impossible to look around because of this stretching effect. I've tried to set things back but nothing changes.

If I had to describe it I would compare it to looking through glasses that are too strong. When you turn your head from side to side you get that shifting effect. I am running at 1920x1200 resolution and dont have a problem with any other programs.

Does anyone have any ideas? Sorry but this is the best way I can think to describe it.

Thanks.

Er.. ctrl-0 maybe? or maybe ctlr-9 ? One of those.. Play around with ctrl plus the keys in that area - there's one to zoom in, one to zoom out and one to reset the zoom to default.

edit: not the keypad numbers - use the ones above the letters on your keyboard.

CTRL-9 should reset your view. CTRL-8 zooms out and CTRL-0 zooms in.
