can't download or upload photos to/from HD

Since I bought this new Acer laptop with Vista 64 bits and nvidia 9500 ge graphic card, I can't download or upload anything to and from my HD. When i chose *Save or Save as..* I get a blank window with no choices. I tried disabling my antivirus and firewall, restart my computer but no changes. I have the latest drivers installed on my graphic card. This is very annoying since i need to take pics of the items i create in sl.

I suspect you might need to uninstall the "eData Security suite" that comes on some Acer systems.

There might be some way to modify the eData settings, but that's ought of my sphere of knowledge.

I have uninstalled the eData Security suite and it has resolved my problem. Thank you so much. Since english is not my mother tongue i guess i was not using the right key words for the research ;) I had already seen the video that Jira had posted about this problem but never found any solution at the time.
