"My Account"Glitch; Concerning faulty Stipend and bonus

Am I really that hated, or is this a glitch? It seems as if every other day my stipend goes from over 500 (same with my rating bonus) down to <insert maintenance_all, here> (which happens to be 191 LBs, i think). So now my account looks like this: Maintenence (all) -191, Rating Bonus 0, and Stipend 191. While im not whole heartedly complaining (I still get voting bonuses thank God), I would like to know the answer to my first line. If it is the former, then I would like a chance to redeem myself somehow, to make it up to people. If it's the latter, then Linden might want to know about it. It's kind of shocking to check your account during a project and realize you've got no more profit coming your way (steadily atleast). It's not encredibly urgent, as the stipend seems to go up to match maintenance, so Im plateuing right now i guess. Anyway, I asked Haney in world tonight, and he said to post the problem (if that's what it turns out to be) and also, if you think I should just shut up, feel free to say so, it probably just benefits me more than anyone else, lol.

PS: I do log in almost every day (sometimes I miss a day, but not often)

If you have more than some amount (I think its 3,500) then you can never get a stipend greater than your bills.

what drives me crazy is that up till recently I had lets see

a maintence cost of -1300 (ish)

a stipend of 530
and a rating of 800

and a total cash amount of $40.

so every week I would get an additional 30 after maintence.

well I wasnt sinking, but heck I didnt have money to build a darn thing either. (read in, nice plot of land and half a building with no chance of finishing it).

Yes I could sell land, or remove the building. but then whats the point? never have the cash to have land or a home? without them, no open houses, no shops for selling stuff.

if the stipend and rating combined are supposed to cover expenses (up to said 3500), and try to bring you back to your max of (3500) - max being what it can give you, not what you can earn through other channels - then this is a problem.

at that rate I was looking at... 100 weeks wait before I ever hit 3000 which is rediculous. talk about a waste of time.

And with not enough money to even create an object and keep it in game long enough to sell it, my only choices are to either host events or to script. While I dont have a problem doing either (save I dont script), it is essentially limiting me from the one avenue I really enjoy (ie. building).
