Somehow I have managed to place transparencies on my av that cause certain clothing to cover me head to toe in the same texture. Some black...some all white...some the same texture as the clothing I try and put on...
I really am a very simple soul....can someone tell me a real easy way to just get rid of these ? I rebaked...stripped down to a basic female av....my appareance shows I'm not wearing anything as does worn in my inventory. I've tried everything,,,Help meeeeee please

You may have placed scripted prims on your avatar, which wont show up in worn menus, once removed, the scripts can remain attached to your avatar.

Have you checked Hilight Transparencies in the View menu? Any hidden prims will show as Red outlines, you should be able to select them and choose detach.

Some scripted objects can drop off your avatar when you logout and wait your return, then reattach themselves when you log back in. The only way to get rid of these is to give permissions to a trusted friend to mod your objects, logout and let them use HiLight Transparencies to see if a tiny object falls to the ground (not primed gound) and roll to the lowest point on the land. They can then select it and choose delete. It may return itself to your inventory, so use the Recent items tab in inventory, select Since Logoff filter, select that item/object and delete it, then select it in your Trash folder and choose Purge to get rid of it.
