i have bought new hair, clothes etc today
but when i logged off they disapeared from my inventory and
my inventory for the last 4 hours has just said inventory loading
anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem

I have this problem with my alt. Her inventory has been stuck in Loading... every time I logged in as her for several days. Her shape and clothing also reverted permanently to the original avatar.

I replied in another thread that I'm having the exact same problem. Did this start for you shortly after installing the latest patch?
