While Second Life appears to be running normally, whenever I run it my log(C:\SecondLife.log) fills up with lines like "WARNING Binding non-AGP vertex pointer when AGP enabled" and becomes huge, like upwards of 500 megs depending on how long I've been running second life. This isn't too serious a problem, since I just keep deleting the log, and it doesn't seem to have any other effects, but it's kind of annoying and strange.

Hmm... This is generally a sign that your machine may be misconfigured in some way, such that AGP is disabled. If you have an older Intel or VIA motherboard chipset, this is much more likely. On their websites they have utilities that will install these drivers. I'm not sure about other motherboard chipset manufacturers, but it's likely that they have similar utilities as well. See http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/inf/inf.htm for Intel or http://www.viaarena.com/?PageID=2 for the VIA - Doug
