Alright, so I was inactive for quite some time. When I came back, at lest half of my inventory went missing. SL just ate it. Its all gone and i cant even use most of it. I lost, a couple avatuars. at lest 3 or 4. I lost over half my cloths. and preatty much all of my Aos. Now thats money that I spent on this game, Im sappoused to have those items fo reer unless I chose to delete them.
And I didnt. And NO I cant just unpack them, cause all that stuff is gone as well.
Is there a way you guys can like eaither get me my stuff back ? Or at lest. Give me money back on the game so I can go and get my stuff back? :/ Cause really this is bull. I shouldnt be randomly loseing stuff even if i go inactive for a while.

The standard first question is: did you clear your cache and relog?
The standard second question is: are you sure your inventory is done loading?

If it's saying it "can't load" inventory items, they may come back.

Going here is probably what you need to do: ...but don't expect lots of good news. From: Jau Manatiso I shouldnt be randomly loseing stuff even if i go inactive for a while. Believe it or not, LL only deletes peoples stuff on purpose if they are paying customers that miss payments. If you lost stuff, it was because of a bug. Good luck!!

You most likely did not lose anything at all. Clearing your cache would be the first thing to try (sometimes more that just a couple times is necessary). You can also delete the cache file manually............more effective than clearing the cache.
And, I sort of had a period of inactivity for quite some time recently on one of my accounts. It took forever for many of my inventory items to load. I found you can hurry that loading to a small degree by entering the name of the item (if you know it) in the search box. If you don't know the name type letters of the alphabet slowly in the search box.........giving plenty of time for the search to do it's thing.
What I believe happens when you go inactive for a while is that LL archives items in your inventory to save space on the data base for items that are accessed more frequently by people who are active.........it takse time for all those archived items to came back into the data base for quicker access by you. It took every bit of a full week for my inventory to load in it's normal time frame as before.

I have heard a few people say they needed to "clear cache, log in to a quiet sim, search inventory" multiple times in a row to recover everything. Make sure you aren't sorting in some odd way in the filters.
If you have tried everything multiple times and you still are sure you have lost things file a ticket.

If clearing your cache didn't work, try deleting the cache subdirectory altogether.
In XP the folder is (delete the whole thing): C:\ Documents and Settings \ < your userid > \ Application Data\ SecondLife
In Vista the folder is: C:\ Users\ < user name > \ AppData \ Roaming\ SecondLife
In a Mac OS: (your Home folder) / Library / Application Support / SecondLife - > Cache
(Oh, and Meade, that support link didn't work for me, says it timed out & wouldn't let me log into see it either) .
