Got an error message during live chat saying please exit and restart browser. On doing that, I get consistent "Connection interrupted" errors trying to access any link from the support portal page. Is this behaviour familiar to anyone? Any solutions? Telephone is expensive.

Ah. Now, if I explicitly put in the https link instead of the default, I get the following ....
