I have a paid for premium account and my suspension ends today. I try to connect but while it is Verifying the Protocyle Version it does not do anything for about 1 and a half minutes. Then theres a popup saying cannot connect and that If I click help it takes me to the status site. The server is up and I cannot log in. I even reinstalled the game multiple times. I have made sure all my cookies are accepting. Please help me.

ok, I had this problem briefly after updating new definitions into my MacAffe Firewall and Virus software, uninstall the game completely and then reinstall using default port settings, for some reason MacAffee and SL do not get along, but after I reinstalled SL it came up like a charm  Not sure if you two have a firewall program running on your comp, but a fresh install is always a good place to start your debugging at. |

Sl access problems

Thanks for your response I've uninstalled and reinstalled SL twice..its still not working..I have posted my problem in detail on here under technical issues I'm Stumped  |
