Help Needed SL Voice issues! :(

I have been using voice fine for years now on SL but today when i went on it was not connecting correctly as my avatar has the white dot above him but no one else has.

i checked the settings for the voice and its all the same as i had it before and when i see if there is a input signal its all fine.
i can call people in SL and can use mic when in a private chat but i cant seem to connect to the main server for voice in the land domains that i go in.

i have restated my machine, cleared my cache, reset my sound card, reset the sl voice, configured the voice chat settings and tried other viewers.

If anyone could give me some help on this situation i would be very happy...
