Am I the only one unintentionally ending up with multiple copies of items in inventory lately?
I drag an item out, but it remains in my inventory, so when i put it back....voila!....I then have two!
This often happens with items that are *supposed* to be no copy-no modify. eek!

I first noticed the drag/copy thing as early as 1.1. I hated it at first, but I can sort of understand why its a good thing. I find that if I screw something up, I can just delete, and pull a new copy from inventory. It also helps to number your revised items so you can tell which version was the latest. On the other hand, the no modify/copy thing just has to be broken.

That behavior has been in since 1.1, hehe. (And it's really nice!) But if you're dragging no-copy objects and ending up with TWO of them that has to be a bug, even after 1.1 a no-copy object would be removed from inventory on rez.

This has happened to me quite a few times lately, actually.

Yeah, I have yet to see it because I don't have many no-copy objects, but it has to be a bug if you're able to dupe those things. Did anyone file a bug report in game?

I have quite a few things that are no-copy, yet I wound up with copies in my inventory. Happens a lot with attachments when you crash. Everytime I open my lost and found, I find a few more copies of no-copy jewelry. I must have 6 copies of my favorite necklace.

No stranger to the 'no-copy' copies myself. I certainly hope someone has filed a BugReport on it by now Garoad. But then again, do these new copies only stay on your AV? If you give one to another will your inv be updated for the rest? Have to test this out...
