hi, i'm getting a bit annoyed here ... i have been trying to upgrade my account for the past 2 days and keep getting error messages. the same happens when i want to buy L$, even thought a few days back it worked perfectly fine!!
i can't get any help since i'm a non paying member, the help center in SL tells me to contact SL via website, and the website tells me i can't get in touch because i'm a non-paying member ...
can anyone tell me where the problem is??? this is really no fun ... thanx much in advance

Hi Teena, what's the error message that you're getting? Since this involves real money, I would call the SL Billing Support, open to everyone:
"If you have an issue with your account (non-technical, billing/password/etc), you can call our Billing team at: toll-free (US/Canada) 800-294-1067 or long-distance (not free) 703-286-6277. They're available 24 hours a day, seven days a week."
