New Resident and cannot connect to SL. I have Microsoft Xp SP2 but after i click connect it says loading world on the bar, then it goes on the loading quicktime and then crashes, i read and read and did already a graphic card driver update and also installed the latest version of quicktime but still have the same problem. my computer specifications are: Processor: AMD athlon 64 3400+ Graphics Card: Manufacturer Powered by ATI Graphics Chipset ATI RADEON X800 Bus Type PCI Express Current Bus Setting PCI Express Memory Size 250 MB Memory: 1 GB Please help i want to be able to play  |

What sort of internet connection do you have? Have you ever been able to fully login?

it's a dsl connection that should be 2 meg but its always slower than that... never been able to fully login throug the installed program even tough i uninstalled and reinstalled as well to see if it would make a difference, i can surf and login on SL website and forums fine tough.

Are you using a firewall? Is SL allowed to access the ports it needs?

half the UK cant log into sl since saturday,no one seems to give a s...They still sending bills though.
