i relogged to fix ghosting and have now been trying to get back in NO go 9 tries so far..stalls on fetching inventory

same issue here. I got in once, and stuff seemed to work but I couldnt teleport, but rather just got frozen from a failed teleport

Now I got dumped to the login screen, while writing this post

Before I had logged out, my land names kept auto-reverting themselves, and trying to put itself up for sale

can not loggin either got stuck so had to restart the pc and tried about 5 times maybe more but gave up can not even send log to sl because even that got stuck
not sure why but have this alot lately so hope it will be fixed soon

Holy Sh/t. I hope I don't see any of that...however...

...Yesterday, I had a friend subdivide her land then log out. She swears she did not check the sell box and yet when she came on..her 5000M was sold to someone else. She lost it all. I wonder if this is related in some way.

If it is true, and I tend to believe it is as she is a very careful person when it comes to her land....isn't that a lovely bug.

SL freezes when trying to get inventory. I have tried to reinstall SL and i get the same problem. What is going on guys.

Okay, it seems this is a real big problem. Now we're unable to connect to the SL grid entirely while they try to fix this.

Personally, I think the whole thing should just be taken off today and maintenance begun early. That way, we might be able to bring up ALL of the severs by 8 AM tomorrow in full operating condition.

After all, if none of us can connect between now and 4 AM, then why bother having SL up during that time? Better to take it down and get the bugs and kinks worked out beforehand rather than risk more problems after the 4-8 AM rebuild.

Same. I tried to relog but got stuck at loading the inventory. Oh well. I spend too much time in SL anyway.

I can't log in to my really fun after-work game. I am still willing to give the SL technical team a break. It can't be all that easy to fix, or we would be on line and playing by now. SL is still too new, and growing. They will see many more techinal obstacles which their customers will have to wade though.

SL gets a little more time from me (to fix the techie problems) before my patience wears too thin.

Yeah it isn't there fault at all but we realy should find a way to get over this bump. I mean sl is screwin up almost every other day oor at least once a week.

I agree, difficult technical problems are not always easy to solve.
