It's been happening every time I've tried to upload a picture.
1. I'll choose upload image
2. Everything will freeze in the back round.
3. I'll choose the image
4. It will crash SL
I've already submitted a crash report.

I have run into this before the 1.23 Browser when I tried to upload JPEG files. This doesn't happen as much anymore since 1.23. Probably not the reason, but things have been a bit abnormal for the past few days. Just an idea

It has happened to me as well. Though it only happens when I try to preview an image in the upload window. It doesn't happen when I don't preview it by right clicking on it. Maybe it can help you..
