i tried logging in today, and it hangs at "Contacting user server..." for a few seconds, then dumps me back to the login screen, no messages. i've updated to 0.6.3... what's up?

My guess is you've made a copy of the second life shortcut, which we changed in 0.6.3. Try starting SL from the desktop icon or Start Menu item that the installer creates.

o_O why don't you guys put that stuff in your release notes  works as advertised. updated my other shortcut to reflect it, will remember to check that for future versions |
