Why is it that on certain faces, you get the texture all screwed up? In this case, the roof should be all in one plane. It doesn't look like it's in the same plane, due to the textues going askew, but it is. This is a triangular shaped pc , that is needed because of a bay window at a 45 degree angle. Can anyone help me please? http://www.ingiebee.com/SL/texture_prob.jpgThanks so much, Ingie

Hi Misnomer,
Sorry, I ask a question then become too busy to check on answers.
Actually, You may think it's two flat surfaces, one lying flat, the other at a normal roof pitch, but the truth is that they are in the same plane. The illusion comes from the texture going at an angle. I have the same problem on one side of any object I create that is turned into a triangle (right triangle).
If anyone knows the solution to this problem, I'd sure appreciate knowing, thanks so much!!!
Love Ingie

Ingie, that's just the way the texture warps when that primitive is pinched.
Maybe try using a pair of flattened 0.0-->0.5 cut cubes. Um... how to explain in writing... hummm, can't. If you don't get it worked out, send me an IM and I will leave an example of what I mean next door.
P.S., could you please fix your building in Venice? It looks too good, and makes my build next door look bad by comparison. Thx.
