I lost money in XStreet

It may only be 201 $L but its a lot to me because i pinch every linden. Especially philip. JK.

I wanted to buy something that was 200 linden so i used the Remote Deposit box to send it to my xstreet balance. I've used it many times and it always worked but this time it didn't. So i waited 30 minutes and put in another linden thinking it might not be showing my balance correctly and adding another linden might jog it or something. But it ate that too. So i submitted a support ticket in hopes to have the problem resolved. It's now been 24 hours almost and I've received no response and the linden is not in the balance yet. If a linden is reading this or someone who works at xstreet, can you please do something about this? I used to get fast responses to problems before LL bought out SLX. What happened to that?

Where was the deposit box? I always go to the Exchange sim and even then always do an edit check to make sure I'm paying the terminal and not a transparent box rezzed over it... just call me paranoid!

I don't allow rezzing on my land except by myself and a couple trusted close friends. Even then it's hidden secretly lol. It's always worked before. Might have been sim lag i guess.

I did a remote deposit Monday afternoon, and it didn't show up for almost 24 hours. The one i direct deposited at the terminal did.. be patient.. it may show up still.

24 hours? wow. o.o Thanks i guess i'll wait a little longer. one of my friends said i should call the hotline, but i don't see 201 linden being worth a call on my cell phone. i may waste more money on the cal then the linden is worth lol.
