Hi guys,
i don't know if it's the right section here but i have a problem with my first account.
i forget the pass and i request by mail to reset it.
As you know there are 3 questions to reply.. but i answered wrong and now my account is blocked. (i clicked on "remember password" field but changing user on my pc, i lost it)
There is one tel. num. to call to unblocked it.. i tried to call but the number is not available..
How can i do to reset my first account?

Submit a ticket.
Try calling after the holiday.

Attempt to retrieve your password again. Of the three questions you need only answer one.

I would guess it would be locked for a brief time in case someone was trying to break in, but would be available for you to try again after a bit - but I'm just guessing.

Thanks for answer..

As you can see magically my password of Draconia account was wrong again..
I think there are some problems because i never changed password (and nobody can know it)... and putting the right answer again (i can not forget it!!) it gave me error again. :(

How can i submit a ticket?
I tried to call but i can not do it (i think cause i'm from Czech Republic)

I answered to only one question.. (with the second account there was only a question about Lindens.. it was so easy.. but it gave me error for the second time!!...) :(

How really don't know how i can do to resolve the problem... and don't loose the first account... :(

Edit: 00-1- for dialing United States.

you can call but you need to modify the number a bit. You should call your telephone operator and ask how to dial a united state number.

The number is 00-1-703-286-6277 as listed on http://secondlife.com/support/


that is 00-1- for dialing out of your country to the US, then the number 703-286-6277

I would like to say thank you to you all, i called yesterday and i received another password..
Now i'm able to login, finally!!
