can't login.avatar stuck on a sim

hi.i'm having a problem since 3 days.my avatar was lagging so i logged out.when i tried to log in i received the message that system was logging me off etc... i waited the due time and tried to log in again but received again the same message.i used another avatar to log in and found out that my stuck avatar was still online.it can still be seen on the sim.its in grey.i sent a ticket on sl site.but i'm still having the problem...can anyone help me?i tried also to contact the sim owner so that he restarts the sim but he never replied.

A restart is probably the only way. Submitting a support ticket requesting a sim restart for a private estate is wasting your time (as well as LL's time).........LL does not restart private land (only mainland). IMing the owner may not be the best way to contact him/her since the owner's IM's may be capped and he/she won't get it.......or they may have opted out of IM's sent to email. Try making up a polite notecard explaining that you are ghosted in one of his sims, telling him your location, the name of the ghosted avatar, and how long you've had the problem. Drop the notecard in the "give inventory" slot on his/her profile page.
