Okay, this is a strange problem. It's been going on for a while now but I usually don't use Jackets and Socks. But now I have a Tattoo I want to wear.
When I wear *some* Jackets (tattoo), it turns my Pants white.
Also, when I wear Socks, it covers everything from my waist down to my feet. I can't use Appearance to shorten them.
Is it just me, my settings or is there something wrong with the rendering?
FYI - I have a Dell XPS 630i, 4GB RAM, Windows XP Pro SP3 with (2) NVIDIA 8800 GTS in SLI mode, Viewer 1.21.6. I also tried clearing my Cache.

Disable palletized textures (CTRL-ALT-F7) then rebake textures (CTRL-ALT-R). Then put on the problematic clothing. You should be able to adjust it in appearance properly then.
You have to disable palletized textures every time you start the viewer.
This problem should go away in the next release of the viewer.

I have the same problem for quite sometime now. Jackets with short sleeves are colouring my arms and hands as well. Shoebases and socks are colouring my whole bottomskin and if i try an other skin on often parts of my body are coloured with other colours, like a black face or red or dark upperbody.
