A Bug report I just made:
Steps to reproduce the bug: Uploading a sculpted Prim data file created by Blender or MOI (see http://moi3d.com/)
Observed results: Uploaded textures (in general) are altered when uploaded. Quality is lost, some pixels are chopped off one or both or all 4 sides. Testures are resized without the user being allowed to decide what multiple of 32 each dimention shoudl be (they might want to round up, instead of down).
Expected results:
Mesh/Sculpted Prim textures created with Blender and MOI shoudl NOT be altered AT ALL when uploaded. They shoudl be byte-for-byte preserved in entirety when uploaded to SL.
Further comment by SL user Riot Ornitz:
There's serious limitations to what kind of mesh that you could import into SL. example, you cannot import a mesh that breaks the axis of a sculpt-map. That is, you can carve 'into' a prim , but you can't carve out or behind a prim.
