When uploading sound file, getting an error.

so I'm trying to upload a .wav file, and even after finding out the specs needed to upload sound files, and after converting it as such, i still got the same error:

"This file is not a PCM WAVE file"

But it IS!

I'm not sure how you're supposed to just FIX this one, so if you guys like I can send you the .wav that I was trying to upload and you can fool around with it if you want.

Sure, send it in and we'll take a look at it. Also, please include the program name, version, options, color, flavor, and sign of the zodiac you used to create the file.
