stuck in noyo, can't relog

I teleported to Noyo a few minutes ago and my avatar was barely moving as I was flying, thinkning it was sim lag, I teleported back to my house and teleported back to kickstart things only to result in the same problem.

I relogged and now I can't log back in, it's stuck in the "connecting to region" part of the login process. Can anyone help? anyway to reset locally my last position?
