Hello I was wondering if I am the only user who is looking at a black screen on my computer once I log in to Sl I used both computers in my home until last night and they both worked fine. Now all my computers have a black screen when I log in sl I have an older Nvidia card and a new nivida g100 on my new computer both worked fine but now I see nothing but a black hole  any help for the lone avie who can't log in would be great......... O I forgot to mention that I have done the following: Cleared cache, uninstalled sl and reinstalled it removing the old cace logs as well , cked my firewall settings and now still a black hole cries* HELP* |

It's really odd that both machines would malfunction in the same way at the same time like that. Is there anything that you can think of that you might have done to both in the last few days? Did you install any new programs, update drivers, etc.? You might want to try rolling back both machines to a restore point from before the problem started.
Are the two computers networked together? Perhaps you picked up some malware that propagated across the network.
That's about all I can think of. Sorry I don't have a better answer.
