Teleport, Lose Attachments

*sigh*
Once again, I am having a problem when I teleport, I lose attachments.
They show as worn, including Huds, but aren't, you can't even do props on them.
And they won't do take off or detach, I have to put something else on the to replace whatever I was wearing, then rewear what I wanted.

I del temp files, uninstalled the RC and SL client, unplugged the router, reinstalled the reg latest client, getting 30 fps, sat some where non laggy, let inventory fully load, quit.
Came back and still have the same problem.
I had this problem before, then for some reason unknown it stopped, now a couple months later, it's back again.
I even have a new * cable modem and router, was fine then! it's back!
It's really annoying! I love to speed teleport around!

*edit* New cable modem, good line speed testing.
