I tried to buy some linden on xstreetsl 3 days ago 10$ worth. Its been pending transaction approval since then so my money is frozen in there. I have left the lindens multiple tickets asking them to fix this and its been 3 days with no response.
I work in customer service and if i was to EVER take this long to respond to a customer EVER i would be FIRED!
Is there anything i can do? maybe IM a linden in world? or do i just have to wait while they you know.... NOT do their jobs...

There was a blog sometime last week about some training program for all CSR's. It was mentioned that the support would be at bare bones while this training class was attended to by all support people...........I believe the attendence was mandatory from the wording of the blog.
Don't ask me to go search for a link. Searching to blogs is a nightmare. But I believe this might be part of the slowness.
