i made an account a few days ago not even a week ago i have tryed a number of times for it to work
i want to know if its an error or what i have done both drivers license number and last 4 digits of my SSN i tryed a support ticket and i mainly just got back i need to copy my license but the problem is i dont know anyone with a scanner i can take a picture of it but it will not be using by a scanner

is this an error message or what ?
if i really need to take a picture of my license can i take a picture of it seeing i dont own a scanner

Do you really need to AGE VERIFY? Adding payment info to your account will get you ACCOUNT VERIFIED which is all that is needed for most Adult areas.

i just want to get the age veriftication over with no matter what it takes

i just tryed the billing information and i dont have a credit card so that becomes a problem

What state are you from if your from the US, and if your outside the US, what country are you from?

Generally that error message means you are not typing in the details correctly. Capitalization matters and so do middle initials if you have them on official documentation.

i am from the USA south carolina really , i have put a credit card number into my account and i still am on table to access the adult content ... lol

When you got an answer from LL in response to your support ticket did they not give you a FAX number to fax a copy of your drivers license or some other form of acceptable ID? It seems a little odd that they want you to "scan" your drivers license and email that as an attachment or something. Office Depot (or any other office supply store) has FAX services.......quite reasonable too.

And.........did you just recently turn 18? That may explain the verification failure since it does take time for data bases to be updated.
