Sl Frustrations

Hi I've been in sl since 07 and was really enjoying it but now i have the new sl download it sucks. My sim Will freeze when it walks or goes in to running animations and i can't stop it. I have a windows vista home addition and was told i should download the beta verson for it to work better with vista but when i go to to download it all it does is open up to a page with giberish letters and numbers. Im having alot of problems with the new download. Is there anyone out there that can help me make my sl time worth enjoying cause im getting fed up with all the problems im having.

Anyones help would greatly be a preciated.

Keelin, without something more to work with all I can suggest is to check for an updated video driver. The new viewer evidently has new features that require a graphics driver that is equiped with more robust rendering features than the old viewer did..........I had to update my driver after downloading the current viewer the other day. I had been using the same graphics driver for almost a year with no problems but the time came that it would not do it anymore...........it happens.
