I had the same problem. Fixed it by removing both cards... installing the 5200 alone... making sure it worked correctly.. .and only then reinstalling the second card.
I also note that I have had problems running both an ATI and a Nvidia card simltaneously, but am currently running 3 Nvidia-based cards simulatneously with no prpoblems. So, that might be a source of potential incompatibility for you also (though I know other people mix and match them with no problems).
Good luck.

You can start SL in windowed mode and put it on whichever monitor you want. I actually sometimes streach it across both monitors.
Also, in the display control panel, under the settings tab, make sure your GeForce monitor is the primary monitor. You need to click it and check the little box that says to make it primary.
I believe SL uses OpenGL. Anything that supports OpenGL directly should be Ok. Being a MS game, Halo uses Direct 3D, I believe, and WarCraft probably also uses D3D.
Also, surf over to nVidia.com and download the most current drivers.

Matt, does your GF4MX have two video ports? If it does, you could just disable the integrated video and just use your video card.

another thing is that the intagrated works of of the PCI bus and is prolly set as the master display in BIOS, you may want to go into BIOS and switch "Primary Display Device" to AGP from PCI ;D
