System Logging me out, Support Link is BRoken

Can anyone provide the phone Number for Live Help please?


For the last 45 Minutes I have been tring to log my account in, everytime I do it failes and says the system is trying to log me out, then I unable to try again for about another 4-5 minutes, trying to submit a ticket but the support/ticket submission link is broken and so is the grid status page .. fo me anyway.

Any suggestions apart from Go to bed?

All my alts are able to log in

It sounds as though you might be ghosted. Do you show online when your alts check? If you do you are probably ghosted and can either submit a ticket asking for a sim restart (a bit hard if you can't get there from here), or if it's a private region ask the owner if the sim can be restarted.

Have you tried logging in anywhere else?

Have you tried logging out then back into the website?

thnks Ospray, I attempted to log in to a differnt region this morning, no success and I didn't think to look and see on my alt account if I was online or not, after getting someone to submit a ticket on my account and following the link in email, I was able to submit a ticket and the guy asked me to log into a different region. I will attempt to get in touch with owner of the sim my 'home' is on and ask if he can restart either via xstreet or on an alt account.

Not online to my alt at least

Afer extensive tickets back and forth with support they were able to restart the region ans I was 'stuck'.
