What version of the SL viewer are you using? Do all the other textures load OK for you? If you right-click on any of the blobby sculpts to bring up the pie menu, does that help to snap them into shape at all?
The Intel graphics chipsets aren't so great at running Second Life, but sculpties not loading has been an ongoing issue for lots of people, especially with viewers 1.20.x and earlier.

Not seeing anything current in the JIRA about sculpties not loading at all, ever. I'm seeing that you have made a few earlier threads in the forum about this, but forum posts won't get developer attention. JIRA might get some attention, that's what it's for. You don't have to have premium or concierge or anything like that to use JIRA (but if you _do_ have one of the fancier accounts, see if you can get someone on the live chat to offer solutions).

From: ThereWasNo Tomorrow yeah using the most updated version (forced To do so) it does not snap them into shape at all any thing i can do? Is this happening anywhere on SL? Or only in certain places? If you haven't tried, you may want to look around, especially in sims/sandboxes with low load. There are so many slow-loading texture issues right now (and the sculpties are defined by a texture) that this behavior actually makes sense in an unpleasant sort of way. Not an answer, I know, but it may help you to pinpoint the source of the trouble.
