I have been working and programming for a while on a table game and now the core has conveniently gone missing and even though I'm a long standing member of SL (6/06/04) is seems near I'm possible to contact them.
I feel as of it has been removed and I would like answers. Who do I have to approach to get this resolved?
The object violates no clauses TOS and has been near in active since its creation.
I am VERY frustrated.
Thank you for your time who ever can help.

You will never get it back. Ever. I have had a number of scripts removed in this way.
It may make you feel better to know that it is not deliberate (as far as I am aware) - it is an asset server issue. But you will not get the script back, so best rewrite it from an earlier version or some such.

Everyone will run into this at some time, but if you are "lucky" it can come back open a script -not found blabla- , some days later opened it again it loaded. Maybe asset server get triggered to search for it fails give that error but next time or randomly? it manage to dig it up on some other asset (older?) server, so i dont always trust the missing error, but most of the time you wont see it again especially if its something you didnt create and inside a prim But yeh if you script, save it outside SL , notecards, text files whatever, ~.~ they do get lost to much.

I learned this the hard way not too long ago.... I started doing all my scripts on my machine then copy and pasting them into SL to use... bug fixed and edited on my machine and copied back.... so I never lose them.

The reply we got from LL about missing scripts from the database was, ermm the script is in the database somewhere... we think it has probably been renamed and the connection between the soruce code and the compiled code has been sort of lost.
Since that, we bought SLInventory to safe guard our own items.
