Avatar Keys

Alright, I seem to be having an isse wth avatar keys and if they are online/offline I think. If I use the key in say a pay script, or do a convert to get the name of it while they are offline, it just returns a blank thing. I don't know if it's suppose to be like this or whether it should return no matter what there status, but it's the only cause i can think of, for the problem i am having. If it is suppose to be like that I request that it be edited slightly that it returns regardless, an you can do another function call for whether they onlne/offline.
