Found a bug that has to do with the 'Save As' function in the texture window. It does not save at all, either that or it takes at least an hour for just one image to save. Is anyone else having this problem?

Occasionally that'll happen to me.
Check your ping and the sim's ping and your packet loss. If they're high, that's why it's not saving to your system for you.
